Is the cup glass or plastic?
It's glass. The cup body is real glass, which is why it stays perfectly clear and doesn't cloud or pick up a plastic taste. It comes with the lid, straw and straw topper shown in the photos.
How does “buy one, gift one” work?
Choose the two-cup option and the second cup is automatically 20% off — no code to enter. You’ll see the discount on the cart page and again at checkout before you pay. Both cups ship together, free, with tracking.
What can I put in it?
It's made for cold drinks—iced coffee, matcha, water, soda, or whatever cold drink you're having. The clear glass body helps colorful drinks become part of the cup's appearance.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
Tracked shipping is free on every U.S. order. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it free — no need to send anything back.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled through Shopify's secure checkout system. Mavero does not directly see or store your complete card details.
